The Trimble
AgGPS®
442 GNSS receiver is an integrated GPS receiver and radio that supports GPS,
GLONASS, RTK and L1/L2, L2C signals. The addition of L2C and GLONASS signals
improves performance in tough satellite environments such as rough terrain,
and in areas with limited periods of GPS signal availability.
GNSS is an acronym for Global Navigation
Satellite Systems and is used when a receiver can support signals from
multiple sources such as GPS, GLONASS, GPS modernization (L2C) and RTK.
